General Counsel
Sally joined KrisEnergy in 2015 and is responsible for the legal and regulatory functions of the company. She has more than 18 years of legal and oil and gas experience in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Sally started her career in Australian firm, Mallesons in (now King & Wood Mallesons), in 1999 and stayed until 2002. She moved to Singapore in 2002 and joined Coudert Brothers LLP from 2002 until 2005 in their corporate practice. From 2005 until 2007, she was an associate with Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy in Singapore where she advised on a number of corporate transactions in the oil and gas sector across Southeast Asia.
In 2007, Sally joined Salamander Energy (now Ophir Energy) as Regional Counsel where she was responsible for the legal and regulatory function of the company in the Southeast Asia region.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Law degree (First Class Honours and University Medal) from the University of Queensland. She is also a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
